Taghazout surf forecast
Taghazout, 20 km north of Agadir, is Morocco's surf capital. Within a few kilometres you'll find world-class right points (Anchor Point, Killer Point, Boilers), friendlier waves for improvers (Hash Point, Panoramas) and soft beginner spots around Tamraght and Aourir (Banana Point), with Anza just outside Agadir.
Most points here face south-west, so the northerly and north-easterly winds that blow most mornings are offshore. They need a north-west swell to wrap in, which is why the season really starts in October.
