The coast between Imsouane and Agadir is one of the best surf regions in the world: a string of long right-hand points, reef breaks and beaches that face the full force of North Atlantic swells from October to April and still have small, fun waves in summer.
This site forecasts the surf at each spot rather than out at sea. It takes the swell trains from the NOAA wave model and works out how much of each one reaches every break, how the wind sits against its coastline and what the tide is doing. The result is a star rating and a best time to go, for every spot, every hour, for 10 days.
